Trump wants military parade on veteran's day

FM1 TODAY News- The military parade, requested by US President Donald Trump, could be held on November 11. On this day, the Veterans Day is celebrated in the USA. "We're checking 11 November," Pentagon spokeswoman Dana White said Thursday in Washington.

The parade could coincide with the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the end of the First World War. On November 11, 1918, the ceasefire agreement was signed.
In the US, Veterans Day is a holiday. "It would not only be a celebration of our present forces, but also of the past," said White.
